Founded in 1910, the Pretoria Country Club nestles in the scenic beauty of Waterkloof, one of the city’s most prestigious suburbs. Over the years it became a landmark in Pretoria. It is renowned as a quality sports and social venue set in magnificent surroundings. Steeped in this tradition, the Club offers its members a variety of facilities in a secure environment.
The players at the Pretoria Country Club event, Hennie Coetzee, Dirk Odendaal, Ping Yin Chung and Alan Rehbock, were welcomed with a gift on their arrival at the Club. Every effort was made by the Volkswagen team to ensure a great golfing experience for all of the players.
Results
The results were revealed at the prize giving dinner after the players had enjoyed some after-golf snacks and drinks in the bar area.
Ping Yin Chung came first in the B Division, and as a result is through to the South African Finals at Samola Golf Course between the 25th and 27th of September. Dirk Odendaal was thrilled to have won a driver in a lucky draw.
